A long displaying table made of Huanghuali from Ming dynasty. This table was made of bigger huanghuali material, the table top is a whole piece of huanghuali wood which is very rare due to the size, it must be from a very big huanghuali tree. Since this table is not in use for many many years and stored casually in a shed,so the wood surface oxidation is pretty much and covered with thick dirts. I sanded pretty hard a few parts to show the wood color and grains. If it’s completely resanded and polished, it will be very very beautiful. It’s 200cm long, 40cm wide and 90cm tall.

Ming Huanghuali Wardrobe (No:1035)
This chinese antique is a very rare and big Huanghuali wardrobe from Ming dynasty. The carpentry skill is superb! The material selection is very strict with all pieces of the same color, grains and all from big huanghuali trees (most probably from the same tree which is even more valuable). The whole body is made of Huanghuali wood, even the back and bottom which people not usually see still of huanghuali wood. The very unique feature is that the top is removable which nobody can find out by just looking at it. It looks perfectly the same with the main structure. The carving door panel is very thick, the floating carving alone is about 10-12mm deep. Very beautiful color and patina! Museum quality and it must be from a higher official family! Too much to say about it, just a gem and we don’t want to let go! It is 161cm tall, 102cm wide and 40cm thick. Weighs over 60kg (approximately).
